A glorious antique Victorian brooch depicting a flower decorated with nineteen glistening old mine cut diamonds and twelve heart cut opal petals in a fabulous, tiered arrangement.
The opal hearts display a beautiful rainbow of vibrant colours and weigh approx. 0.25ct each – 3ct total. They’re complemented beautifully by the bright diamonds that have SI1 clarity – H colour and total approx. 1.30ct.
The open-work gallery is modelled in silver and 18ct gold and features a detachable pin and fold away loop so it can be worn as a brooch or a pendant.
It’s remained in pristine condition from the late 19th Century and boasts a dazzling collection of natural gemstones.
